Blue Fox Firearms is a Federally and Massachusetts Licensed Firearms and Ammunition dealer. We sell firearms online and by appointment only at our Hanover location.
Refunds/ Warranty – All Firearms New or Used are sold as is with no Returns or refunds offered. Every effort is made to provide high quality firearms at affordable prices. We inspect each used firearm for any defects and repair or disclose any known issues before sale. We do not fire all weapons and do not offer any warranty stated or implied on new or used guns. Some New Firearms manufacturers offer warranty service on their products and it is the customers sole responsibility contact the manufacturer with any performance concerns. If you do have a problem we will do everything we can to help.
Shipping – Firearms can only be shipped to a Federally Licensed Dealer. We cannot ship any firearm until a non-expired, verified, signed and dated copy of receiving FFL’s license is received. It is the buyer responsibility to contact their dealer and secure the documentation.
Privacy Policy – Blue Fox Firearms does not collect, use, or share customer information, which can include details from online purchases, marketing communications, and in-store interactions
